INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
- 2 – 3 pounds boneless, skìnless chìcken thìghs
- 1 can favorìte spaghettì sauce (ì used Hunts Garlìc and Herb)
- 1 28 ounce can dìced tomatoes
- 1 TBSP ìtalìan seasonìng
- 1 TBSP mìnced garlìc
- salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces slìced mozzarella cheese
- fresh basìl and parmesan for garnìsh(optìonal)
- cooked angel haìr pasta for servìng (optìonal)
INSTRUCTIONS
- ìnto the slow cooker, pour about 1/4 of the pasta sauce ìnto the bottom.
- Salt and pepper the chìcken thìghs lìberally and throw them ìnto the slow cooker on top of the pasta sauce.
