Christmas Sugar Cookie Cups

Christmas is coming and it’s time to start thinking about holiday baking.

This is my favourite time of year and one of the main reasons is all the delicious food.

I love sugar cookies and wanted to make some festive sugar cookie cups

Be sure to add these adorable cookies baked in mini muffin tins to your Christmas baking list.

This super simple cookie recipe uses Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix to save time and the cookies are topped with Hershey’s Kisses.

To make these Christmas cookies I started by dumping a package of Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix into a bowl with some softened butter and eggs.

I continued mixing with the electric mixer until the sprinkles were fully mixed into the dough.

Then I scooped the sugar cookie dough into well greased mini muffin tins filling the cups about three quarters of the way.


  • 17.5 oz Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 1/2 cup red and green sprinkles
  • 36 Hershey's Kisses, approximately 6 oz ( I used half Milk Chocolate and half Candy Cane)


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine sugar cookie mix, softened butter and eggs with an electric mixer.
