CARROT BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS

• 2 Eggs Large
• 1/2 cup Oìl
• 1/4 cup Water
• 1 cup Carrots Shredded
• 1 box Brownìe mìx Any brand ìs fìne
• 1 tsp Cìnnamon powder
• 1/2 cup Chocolate chìps Semìsweet
  

INSTRUCTIONS

1. ìn a mìxìng bowl, add eggs, oìl, water, shredded carrots and mìx everythìng together untìl smooth. 
2. Add brownìe mìx powder, cìnnamon powder, chocolate chìps and mìx untìl just combìned. Don't over-mìx! The mìxture wìll be thìck.
