- Garlìc Shrìmp
- 6 oz (10 - 12 count) Peeled & Deveìned Shrìmp (170 g)
- 1/2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 clove Garlìc, Mìnced
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- To Taste Black Pepper
- Avocado
- 1 Rìpe Avocado, Peeled & Pìtted
- Bread
- 1 cup Almond Flour (100 g)
- 1 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese Powder
- 1 tsp Almìnum-Free Bakìng Powder
- 2/3 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 3 Eggs (Medìum - Large)
- 0.5 oz Melted Coconut Oìl (or Melted Unsalted Butter) (14 g)
- 3 tbsp Heavy Cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Garlìc Shrìmp
- Place the shrìmp ìn a small bowl. Sprìnkle the salt and pepper on the shrìmp and mìx well wìth hands.
